This Grade II listed Georgian country house is located in the Campden Hills, some eight miles south of Stratford Upon Avon. It has been restored for a private Client.

Bob Costello Associates Ltd are responsible for the design of the mechanical and electrical services. These are extensive and have been carefully integrated into the building fabric so as to be unobtrusive. The services include a lift, standby generator, intruder and CCTV security systems, partial air conditioning together with heating, ventilation and electrical services. The total cost for the services installations was approximately £2 million. All systems are controlled by a BMS system which is remotely accessed from BCA offices in Stafford.

The Client’s representative is Miller and Raved of New York and the architects are Donald Insall Associates. Bovis Construction were the construction project managers for the main house and other works have been awarded on separate contracts.

The first phase of Foxcote House was completed for Christmas 1997 but other works to out buildings, cottages, barns, Coach House, Helipad etc are ongoing and BCA has a watching brief over the management of the extensive services installations.
